Love

Happy Valentine's Day. This post is late in the day, but I hope everyone gave themselves a hug today. Remember to do something good for your heart. Eat sushi (omega-3 fatty acids), talk with your loved ones (endorphins), have some red wine and dark chocolate (antioxidants and flavonoids) and laugh...do things to get your heart rate going. You heart will say thank you.
