She's Got Curves and Brains

Curvy women may not have low dress sizes, but they may have high IQ's, this according to a recent health study. Researchers at the University of Pittsburgh and UC Santa Barbara found that a lower waist-to-hip ratio correlates to higher test scores for both a woman and her child. I'm sure some of you read about this several months ago, but I thought I post this since it's the New Year and many of you have resolutions to work out more and eat better. Remember, it's all about living a healthier life and making lifestyle changes. It's okay to eat carbs and red meat, just do so in moderation. I think one of the best ways to start eating well is to cook at home more. Start with whole foods: You know exactly what you're putting into your body. You can eat cookies and cake, just not a dozen or 3 slices. (And remember bakers, use real butter! Stay far away from margarine and other "fake butters." You might as well use the real thing and enjoy it.)

I actually prefer I can't believe it's not butter, and Ryan mocks me endlessly for it. But I do bake with butter. I'm working on cooking more and eating healthy, so far so good. Oh and thanks for all those WY pics, I have some fun ones from there I'll have to send you sometime.
